No #ad-s, no #spon-s. Here are my 13 favorite products of the month. And these are some serious game changers in skincare and makeup routine.
1. Neutrogena – Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Facial Wash
NEUTROGENA VISIBLY CLEAR Pink Grapefruit Facial Wash is an uplifting daily facial cleanser for clearer, fresher and healthier looking skin every day. It’s great for cleaning the fuck out of your skin, plus it smells like heaven. ($4.50 on Amazon)
2. Catrice Camouflage Cream
This camouflage cream became my religion. It blends well and is very smooth, and it gives a very good coverage. I use this under my eyes, eyelids, and also around my mouth and it gave a clean finish and nicely covered the problematic areas. ($5.99 at Ulta)
3. L’Oreal Nude Magique BB Cream + SPF 12
Okay, this one is definitely not for everyone out there. It mimics the texture and glow of the perfect bare skin. However, you may notice on some of the photos, my face is way lighter than the rest of my body thanks to a history of makeup and products that have been used on it. This is the only, I mean – THE ONLY – coverage that magically ‘reads’ my natural skin tone and gives my face a little bit darker complexion + it protects your skin with SPF 12. ($10.90 at Ulta)
4. Catrice Matt& Glow
If you do have brows, this palette will make it super easy for you to just brush and bold them up, and go from work to party with a glittery option. Its formula creates highlights and lowlights in the brow for the most natural look. ($7.99 at Ulta)
5. Catrice liquid luminizer
Liquid Luminizer Strobing Pen with an accurate brush applicator creates brilliant highlights on my face. I use both in rose and gold shade, going with a rose when my face is pale, and gold when I have a sunkissed tan. ($3.29)
6. L’Oreal Pure-Clay Cleanser (with Eucalyptus)
It purges pores of toxins and then gently exfoliates for fresh glowing skin. It’s perfect for the winter weather skin especially if you live in polluted area. ($6.99)
7. Catrice Glam&Doll False Lashes Mascara & Eyeliner
My ride or die team. You all know I still haven’t learn how to apply fake lashes and make them look good. Well, thanks to this mascara, I don’t even have to learn it. This duo is on my everyday makeup list when I don’t have time to do my makeup. (Eyeliner – $5.99 ; Mascara – $6.99 )
8. Eveline Bioactive Vitamin C Cream
This combination of bioactive vitamin C with natural plant extracts with strong antioxidant and anti-stress effects is my new obsession. We all have dull skin especially during stress periods. Well – apply this baby before you go to sleep, and say hello to younger you in the morning. ($16.90)
9. L’Oreal Elseve Total Repair Double Elixir
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I’m having troubles with detangling my long hair. Most of you told me to just cut my hair (hell no! bitches), but I’ve discovered this baby and it literally changed my life. I spray it on my hair in the morning, and my hair is flawless all day long. ($9.97)
10. Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons
Go-to palette for day and night looks, + satin sheets shade can be used as highlighter and OH MY it is so damn gorgeous. Once you go Too Faced, you never go back. ($49)
11. Balea Beauty Effect Eye and Lip Serum + SOS-Gel
Morning routine must haves. I apply Anti-Pickel SOS-Gel on any bad boy on my face if I have it, and eye and lip serum to wake up my eyes and lips in the morning. Perfect for winter skin care.
12. Balea Water Spray
In order to achieve that model-runway-glow, I used to take a shower after I do my makeup, because hot water near my face would set it and make it look so effortless and glowy, but then I discovered Balea Water Spray and I apply it after doing my make up and I’m ready to go. No, it won’t fix your make up, but it will help you achieve natural skin glow.
13. Fantasy by Britney Spears
When you apply a parfume, and few hours later someone screams: OH MY GOOD, WHO SMELLS SO GOOD – and it’s you – you know you found your perfect scent. So, yeah, it’s Britney bitch! ($57.99)
